Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Program Analyst in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC for a Navy Mission Systems program. This 100% on-site position requires eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.

You will provide engineering and technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems, plus development of POA&Ms and schedules. Travel may be required and the role emphasizes collaboration with DoD stakeholders in a

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of the Department of Defense C5I Network Infrastructure, Systems, Hardware, and Software.
• Understanding of DoD Acquisition for Integration of Joint Systems, network integration, cyber, Navy platform systems
• Understanding of Modular Open Systems Approach to design and implement future capabilities for the Navy
• Technical writing skills for briefings, white papers, data-calls, and other program office communications.

Responsibilities

• Providing engineering and technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems to meet technical requirements.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for new technology insertion and assist in development of technical potential new requirements and concept feasibility.
• Assist in development of systems engineering schedules, milestone briefings and presentations, including required funds and man-hours expenditures.

We are seeking a qualified Mid-Level Program Analyst in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.

Position Description

The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Program Analyst for a Navy Mission Systems program support contract
