Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of patent litigation experience to join our team in New York, NY. The role supports work across federal court matters, ITC investigations, PTAB proceedings and SEP/FRAND disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, strong writing and analytical skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
