• Proficient in medication administration, including intravenous therapy.
• Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate patient care.
• Knowledge of catheter care procedures and ability to catheterize patients if necessary.
• Familiarity with laboratory tests and ability to interpret results accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective communications between the medical team and all other clinical and support-service team members.
• Maintains current knowledge of procedures and treatments in line with organization policies and guidelines.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments.
• Administer IV Therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive measures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions.

Role Description: Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in Waco, TX. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine.

The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative wellness, and helping patients achieve optimal health goals through evidence-based care.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 a year

Full-time: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Waco, TX.

• Ensures effective communications between the medical team and all other clinical and support-service team members.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments.

Qualifications
