The ideal candidate combines strong clinical judgment with a compassionate bedside manner and a proactive, wellness-oriented mindset. This provider will play a key role in delivering personalized treatment plans that improve long‑term patient outcomes, quality of life, and overall well‑being.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active and unrestricted licensure.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a medical office or wellness‑focused environment.
• Certification in Functional Medicine is strongly preferred.
• Experience with: Hormone Optimization Therapy (HRT/BHRT), Thyroid management, Preventive and wellness‑focused care, Weight management protocols
• Peptide therapy and metabolic health preferred
• Strong understanding of root‑cause medicine, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and patient‑centered care models.
