Happy Health & Wellness in Heber City, Utah seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine. You will deliver comprehensive patient care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and regenerative wellness.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 per year for a full-time position. Benefits include health and retirement plans, PTO, and vendor discounts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in medication administration, including IV therapy.
• Strong case management skills to coordinate patient care.
• Knowledge of catheter care procedures and ability to catheterize patients if necessary.
• Familiarity with laboratory tests and ability to interpret results accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective communications between the medical team and all other clinical and support-service team members.
• Maintains and demonstrates a current working knowledge of procedures and treatments in accordance with organization’s policy and State and/or Federal guidelines.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments.
• Administer IV Therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Role Description: Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in Heber City, Utah. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine.

The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative wellness, and helping patients achieve optimal health goals through evidence-based care.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 a year

Preferred:

• Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Experience with peptide therapy and medical weight management.
• Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred).
