Happy Health & Wellness in Waco, TX is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine, preventive care, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and regenerative wellness.

Qualifications

• Proficient in medication administration, including intravenous therapy.
• Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate patient care.
• Knowledge of catheter care procedures and ability to catheterize patients if necessary.
• Familiarity with laboratory tests and ability to interpret results accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective communications between the medical team and all other clinical and support-service team members.
• Maintains current knowledge of procedures and treatments in line with organization policies and guidelines.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments.
• Administer IV Therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive measures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Billing and medical insurance processing
• Support ongoing professional development and training.
