Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years experience with Next Generation Firewalls and enterprise network security technologies; 3+ years strongly preferred.
• Networking (Routing, Firewall, and Switching) with Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Panorama/Strata Cloud Manager, Prisma Access, GlobalProtect.
• Security Clearance Level: ability to obtain customer clearance prior to onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills with experience delivering presentations and technical briefings.
• On-call rotation availability and the ability to travel as needed.
• Certification: DoW 8140/8570 or equivalent within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud and on-premises network security solutions.
• Maintain integrity and security of the network device estate.
• Execute day-to-day implementation tasks for service takeovers and migrations.
• Create and update diagrams, guides, and SOPs.
• Develop automation for configuration, validation, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate across teams and with customers to implement solutions.
