The State of South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) seeks a software developer to enhance functionality and UX for SC systems. You’ll implement changes using standard analysis, migrate updates, review code, and test across applications.

You will design, implement, and maintain data-driven apps with Microsoft .NET (C#), and craft responsive GUIs using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Expect collaboration with users and staff to deliver reliable software.

Formación

• High school diploma or higher with relevant software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or MIS preferred; substitute with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS and web development practices.

Responsabilidades

• Modify and maintain system programs using standard design methods.
• Migrate changes per internal change control procedures.
• Participate in code reviews for deployments.
• Test and debug applications considering business rules; coordinate external tests.
• Design and maintain data-driven apps using C# and .NET.
• Create GUIs with responsive design using JS, CSS, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot software service tickets and monitor performance.
