The ideal candidate will have prior experience in high-stakes litigation and arbitration, particularly in the healthcare or managed care sectors. This opportunity is being offered through a legal recruiting firm on behalf of the hiring law firm.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage commercial litigation and arbitration matters
  • Act as the primary associate on assigned cases, overseeing all phases of litigation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including junior attorneys and legal support staff
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and serve as the day-to-day contact
  • Draft, review, and manage litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Participate in strategy development and contribute to case planning
  • Support trial and hearing preparation as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration
