Job Title: Corporate Attorney / Associate Attorney (Remote)

We are an established law firm seeking an experienced Business Law Attorney / Staff Attorney to join our team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $160,000 per year (based on skills and experience)

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residency in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Book of at least $200k
• Preferred experience in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting

• Drafting and negotiating contracts; advising on related transactions
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business entity governance
• Assisting in entity formation and restructuring
