LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a top law firm to find a commercial finance attorney for a long-term project-based role. This is a contract position with the potential to become permanent. Attorneys will be W2 employees and must be licensed in their state of residence. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Complete loan review checklists and review syndicated credit agreements
• Conduct legal research using Lexis Nexis
• Analyze laws and regulations relevant to banking industry clients
• Prepare and draft summaries of laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Attorney in good standing in the state of residence
• 3+ years of commercial finance experience
• Familiarity with market standards and LSTA (Loan Syndications and Trading Association)
• Experience with syndicated loans and complex financial arrangements involving multiple lenders
• Knowledge of cross-border provisions and legal rules
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
