Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Austin, TX is seeking a mid-level associate for its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.

You will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, support sponsors and portfolio companies, and manage client relationships. JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility are required, with in-office work at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactions.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
• Reside in the designated jurisdiction and work in the office at least three days per week.
