Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate M&A and securities.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of acquisition agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies through the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
• Collaborate on middle-market deal structures.
