The role involves drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant M&A/PE experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships with maturity and business sense.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities
