Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions and will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements while supporting sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and an active or eligible license to practice in the hiring jurisdiction, with on-site work at least

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&A and private equity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
