BCG Attorney Search is looking for a Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other corporate matters.

Your role will include representing clients, drafting complex agreements, and managing transaction processes. A Juris Doctor degree and active Texas bar membership are required. The firm offers substantial benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Active member of the Texas bar.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Represent public and private clients in M&A and related transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex M&A and private equity agreements.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams for middle market transactions.
• Manage transaction processes from due diligence through closing.
