Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in the hiring jurisdiction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships and assist on middle-market deal structures.
