Job summary

Wegman Partners, a national plaintiff-side litigation firm with offices in Maryland, seeks experienced civil litigation attorneys (mid level to senior) to join its busy practice handling sex abuse, civil rights and mass tort matters. Candidates should have strong motion practice, drafting, and case management from inception to trial or settlement, plus deposition experience.

Knowledge of Maryland law and jurisdictional issues is essential; trial experience as 2nd or 1st chair is a huge plus.

Qualifications

• Experience mid level to senior civil litigation attorneys (plaintiffs or defense) with strong motion practice.
• Strong knowledge of MD law and jurisdictional issues.
• Ability to handle a somewhat heavy caseload; trial experience (2nd or 1st chair) is a huge plus.
• Experience in plaintiff's sex abuse, civil rights and mass tort litigation.
