The litigation group represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes commercial disputes, including business divorces, fights over company control, trade secret claims, real estate litigation and complex arbitrations. Clients include real estate owners and developers, commercial landlords, investors, hospitality and healthcare operators, and closely held companies. The firm’s attorneys appear regularly in Maryland state and federal courts and also handle matters in other jurisdictions across the country, including Delaware Chancery Court
