Overview

• Required experience includes intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, and other technology transactions.
• Required experience extends to IP support, including intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence, for corporate transactions within the life sciences sector.
• Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, such as intellectual property licenses (including patent and trademark licenses), joint development, collaboration and other strategic alliance agreements, technology licenses, services agreements (including software as a service), and distribution agreements.
• While experience in adjacent fields will be considered, full consideration will be given only to experience that directly aligns with the core responsibilities and technical requirements of a licensing associate.
