Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating licenses and collaboration agreements.
• Experience with technology licenses and SaaS agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage substantial components of transactions independently.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating IP licenses (patent and trademark).
• Negotiating joint development and collaboration agreements.
