• Experience is required in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, and other technology transactions.
• The role involves IP support, including intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions within the life sciences sector.
• Candidates should be proficient in drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including intellectual property licenses (patent and trademark), joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance agreements, technology licenses, services agreements (including software as a service), and distribution agreements.
• While experience in adjacent fields will be considered, full consideration will be given primarily to experience that directly aligns with the core responsibilities and technical requirements of a licensing associate.
