Xcelerate Solutions in Clarksburg, WV is seeking a Mid-Level Liaison Specialist to strengthen interagency coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communications across DSSU program offices and external partners. You will develop reports, briefings, outreach materials, and training content; collect requirements for development teams; and support IT program initiatives.

A Top Secret clearance is required, with four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Minimum four years supporting partnerships or stakeholder engagement.
Experience developing reports, briefings, and outreach materials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with IT program environments and business/technical alignment.
Active Top-Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Support stakeholder engagement and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Develop, maintain, and present reports, briefings, outreach materials, and training content.
Collect, organize, and document business requirements for development teams.
Conduct research and analytical reviews to identify opportunities for process or system improvements.
Assist in user acceptance testing, including test execution and documentation of results.
Facilitate communication across business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Support Senior Liaison Specialists on high‑priority outreach and coordination initiatives.
Contribute to aligning business processes with technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
