Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination and program administration.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and track milestones and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating across business, technical, and leadership teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• PMP certification or active candidacy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to support program objectives, deliverables, schedules, and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support implementation of program plans and schedules.
• Work with stakeholders and leadership to define project scope and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track deliverables, milestones, and metrics.
• Monitor progress and coordinate resources for timely execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive briefings, status updates, and performance reports.
