Qualifications

• Minimum four years in partnerships, interagency coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to brief and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience developing reports, briefings, outreach materials, and training content.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with IT program environments and business/technical alignment.
• Active Top-Secret clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Support stakeholder engagement and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Develop, maintain, and present reports, briefings, outreach materials, and training content.
• Collect, organize, and document business requirements for development teams.
• Conduct research and perform analytical reviews to identify opportunities for process or system improvements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing, including test execution and documentation of results.
• Facilitate communication across business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Support Senior Liaison Specialists on high-priority outreach and coordination initiatives.
• Contribute to aligning business processes with technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
