Overview

• The Labor & Employment Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.
• Ideal candidates will have experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues.
• Greenberg Traurig's Labor & Employment Group advises national and international corporations on all matters concerning the employment relationship, with a global team of nearly 200 practitioners.
• The group's trial team regularly handles complex, bet-the-company cases, has three U.S. Supreme Court Labor & Employment victories, and wide-ranging experience in class and collective litigation.
• The Labor & Employment Group also assists clients in maintaining positive labor relations, structuring corporate transactions for managerial flexibility and labor efficiency, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and trying labor arbitrations.
