Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is seeking a mid-level Trademark and Copyright Associate to support clearance, prosecution, and transactional matters across multiple offices, including Cincinnati, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Tampa, and Lexington.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights, with IP litigation experience a bonus. Licensure in the relevant state is required, and a strong academic background plus solid writing and analytical skills are expected.

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a mid-level trademark and copyright Associate in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Tampa, FL; and Lexington and Louisville, KY. Interest in other Dinsmore office locations will be considered. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution and transactional work, with trademark and copyright litigation experience a bonus. A technical background is not required. IP litigation experience will be considered. All candidates should be licensed to practice in their state of practice, have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $45,000 + in bonus potential.
