• Candidates should be well-versed in complex technology disputes, particularly those in emerging areas at the intersection of IP and artificial intelligence, and comfortable addressing novel legal questions.
• The position involves direct engagement with sophisticated technology clients on high-stakes matters.
• Experience from a peer firm and a high level of academic achievement are preferred qualifications; U.S. P.T.O. registration is a plus.
• Laterally joining associates participate in an enhanced mentor program tailored for professional transitions.
• The firm operates under a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for remote work during specified periods.
