Job summary

USAA Real Estate Lending seeks an instructional design professional to shape learning experiences and develop engaging solutions for performance improvement across the organization.

You will partner with business SMEs, design and implement curricula, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems, while balancing multiple projects in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
4 years progressive work experience in instructional design projects to include knowledge and application of instructional design methodologies and multi-media development technologies.
Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise and Review 360, VYOND and other Rapid Learning & Development tools.
Experience in developing creative and professional PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences and key stakeholders.
Experience with JIRA/JWM.
Background in Real Estate Lending.
Proven track record balancing multiple projects in a flexible work environment showcasing ultra collaboration in a matrixed environment.
