Torch Technologies, located in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Mid-level Contract Administrator to support our Contracts Department. You will negotiate and administer routine government contracts, ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and OTAs, and draft and maintain contractual documents.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential to structure terms and monitor performance. US citizenship is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and 5–8

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• 5-8 years government contract administration.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, OTAs, and government regulations.
• Proficiency with contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates and administers routine government contracts or subcontracts.
• Reviews performance requirements ensuring compliance with laws and customer specs.
• Creates and issues contract and financial program documents per policy.
• Structures contractual terms to reflect company business strategy.
• Initiates internal documentation to authorize and direct work per contractual specs.
• Monitors company performance on contractual obligations.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation of contract changes and correspondence.
