Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or higher required.
• Master’s degree in civil engineering with geotechnical specialty preferred.
• 7+ years of geotechnical experience; PE strongly preferred or on track to licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and coordinate office and field staff.
• Conduct site visits and field investigations.
• Prepare geotechnical reports, dam investigations, and repair/inspection documents.
• Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain safety compliance and quality standards.
