Job summary

INCATech LLC seeks a Mid Level All-Source Intelligence Analyst for work at Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA. Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and CI Poly is required.

You will apply intelligence lifecycle knowledge, produce written products and briefings, and engage with government customers and military personnel. Candidates should have 5+ years in DoD/IC environments and proficiency with MIDB/MARS/iSpy, and Multi-INT synthesis.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of research and intelligence analysis.
• Five+ years knowledge of DoD and IC environments.
• Five+ years ICD-203/206 tradecraft.
• Five+ years writing all-source intelligence products.
• Experience using IC tools/databases like MIDB/MARS/iSpy.
• Ability to draft intelligence products, assessments, and briefings.

MID LEVEL ALL-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Work Location: either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI Poly

INCATech is in search of a Mid Level All-Source Intelligence Analyst matching the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of intelligence life cycle
• Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
• Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
• Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
• Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
• Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
• Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
• Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years experience with research and intelligence analysis
• At least five (5) years knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community environments
• At least five (5) years ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards
• At least five (5) years demonstrated experience writing all source intelligence products
• At least five (5) years demonstrated experience with IC tools and databases, including MIDB, MARS, iSpy
• Ability to draft intelligence products, assessments, and briefings

Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations or six (6) years of military experience in a related field.
