Overview

• The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and take a lead role in case strategy, client communications, discovery, motion practice, and other meaningful client-facing work, with increasing independence.
• Experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution is required, specifically drafting and responding to pleadings, managing written and electronic discovery (including e-discovery strategy), drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations.
• Candidates from other defense-side complex litigation practices are encouraged to apply, even if lacking prior employment law experience, provided they demonstrate a strong interest in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.
