Job summary
Leoforce in Vonore, TN is seeking skilled Electro-Mechanical Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery and robotic systems on fast-moving production lines.
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years in manufacturing electro-mechanical work, strong knowledge of PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, 24V three-phase wiring, hydraulics and pneumatics, plus exceptional teamwork and safety discipline.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years electro-mechanical experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with PLC, CNC, automation and robotics.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and servo systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Commitment to safety and protocol adherence.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems including PLC, CNC, automation and robotics.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical drive systems and components.
- Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic and servo issues.
- Ensure proper sensor functionality on production lines.
- Collaborate to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
