Leoforce in Vonore, TN is seeking skilled Electro-Mechanical Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery and robotic systems on fast-moving production lines.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years in manufacturing electro-mechanical work, strong knowledge of PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, 24V three-phase wiring, hydraulics and pneumatics, plus exceptional teamwork and safety discipline.

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of electro-mechanical systems, including PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three phase control wiring systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical drive systems, ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts, pulleys, and other related components.
• Diagnosing and rectifying issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of various sensors used in our production lines.
• Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes and procedures.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in electrical maintenance, PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three phase control wiring.
• Demonstrated experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
