Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Maintenance Technician in engineering.
• Experience with FANUC robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Experience with plastics processing machinery (injection, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery including FANUC robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Implement maintenance best practices to keep machinery at peak performance.
• Work with plastics processing machinery (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming).
• Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues and implement new processes.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
