Job summary

Jobot is seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Technicians for multiple on-site roles in Vonore, TN. You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and robotic systems on production lines, ensuring uptime and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing electro-mechanical roles, with strong skills in PLC, CNC, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics and servo systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electro-mechanical technician experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in electrical maintenance, PLC, CNC, automation, robotics, and 24V three-phase wiring.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical drives including ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts and pulleys.
• Strong troubleshooting, teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems including PLC, CNC, automation, robotics and 24V three-phase wiring.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical drive systems, ball screws, bearings, chain drives, belts and pulleys.
• Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, pneumatic and servo system issues.
• Ensure sensors on production lines function correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
