ENGINEERING SERVICES NETWORK, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support NAVSEA 05 at the Washington Navy Yard. The role focuses on budgetary analysis, funding reconciliation, and coordination with government program offices.

Responsibilities include managing unliquidated obligations, assisting in PPBE planning, and producing program documentation for financial management reviews. A DoD SECRET clearance is required or obtainable.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field or 6+ years of DoD financial support experience.
• Must have DoD SECRET clearance or be able to obtain one.
• Experience with budget cycles, PPBE, and financial planning in a Navy/DoD context.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial support to identify and resolve unliquidated obligations and ongoing commitments.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA program offices to monitor obligation status and funding execution.
• Assist with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and PPBE planning.
• Respond to inquiries from NAVSEA and higher-level financial management offices.
• Draft white papers, memos, and program summaries as needed.
