Ryder System, Inc. in Yakima, WA is hiring a Mid-Level Diesel Technician to perform maintenance and repair on heavy-duty vehicles. The role offers on-site work with provided service vehicles, a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, and a first shift starting at 7:00am.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications, preferred.
• Basic tools, required.
• Two (2) years or more of a combination of classroom training and work experience in required experience, preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A, preferred.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance such as oil changes, brakes and tires on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Repair mechanical systems on automotive gas or diesel engines.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostics and tools for maintenance and repair.
