Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• 2+ years of related automotive experience preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties on heavy-duty equipment.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and component inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and replaces defective components as instructed.
• Interacts with drivers to determine nature of the complaint and provides service.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to safety and DOT guidelines.
