Ryder is hiring a Mid-Level Diesel Technician in Toledo, Ohio — providing a stable career with weekly pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electronic problems, and using diagnostic computers on heavy-duty vehicles. Requires high school diploma and CDL-A eligibility; certification or post-secondary training preferred. Second shift: 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Two years or more of training/experience in mechanical repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties.
• Performs standard vehicle maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical/electronic problems using diagnostic equipment.
