Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Cost Analyst to apply financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis to Navy acquisitions in Washington, DC. You will build IGCEs and cost models, analyze spend plans and budgets, and support planning with comprehensive program briefs.

You will work with PowerBI/Tableau and Excel, participate in program meetings, and contribute to data-driven decision making. A Secret clearance is typically required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cost analysis or financial analysis experience.
• 2+ years of PowerBI or Tableau experience.
• Experience with annual Task Planning, spend plan development, and budget analysis.
• Experience with data collection and analysis, Excel model development, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of Navy Systems such as NEPS, COBRA, ERP, and EDW.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve cost and financial models including IGCEs for decision‑making.
• Support Task Planning, provide in-depth financial and program analysis.
• Analyze spend plans, funding, and budget inputs; develop program briefs.
• Support during POM and budget cycles with funding profiles and data collection.
• Develop planning models to analyze program health, schedule impacts.
• Contribute to management of actions from meetings and communications.
