Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the state of office location.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Participate in legal activities such as hearings and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Engage in professional development opportunities.
