Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in emerging growth/venture capital.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft briefs and contracts.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
