Qualifications

• 3–4 years of law firm experience in IP matters, with a focus on copyright litigation.
• Strong academic background; technical degree preferred
• Experience with technology-related disputes
• Admission to the bar in the state where you will practice

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs for complex copyright matters.
• Manage discovery and document production
• Take and defend depositions, coordinating with partners on strategy
• Collaborate with leading litigators on case development and trial preparation
