Advocates Legal Recruiting's client seeks a Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience focused on hard tech. You will handle patent and trade secret disputes for major tech players, gaining real courtroom exposure and significant client contact.

Candidates should have degrees in CS, EE, math, or physics, strong grades, and be licensed to practice where you live. Offices include Austin, Boston, Denver, LA, NYC, Palo Alto, San Diego, SF and DC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IP litigation experience, preferably in patent/trade secret work.
• Strong grades and ability to translate complex tech into persuasive arguments.
• Licensed to practice where you plan to live/work.

Responsibilities

• Go head to head in major patent and trade secret battles for top tech names.
• Work alongside top-tier litigators with significant court exposure.
• Gain hands-on courtroom experience, client exposure, and high-impact work.
