• Experience handling complex commercial and business disputes
• Energy-related litigation experience highly desirable
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
• Experience litigating in state and federal courts and drafting litigation documents

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial and energy litigation matters from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions; manage discovery and trial preparation
• Provide strategic litigation planning and direct client interaction
