• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active Indiana law license.
• Three or more years of practice in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial advocacy.
• Manage business disputes in federal/state courts and arbitration panels; coordinate experts and oversee large dockets.
• Draft litigation strategies, pleadings, briefs, and motions; conduct strategic depositions and witness prep.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals; support professional development.
• Advise clients including general counsels and executives; support client engagement and relationship management.
