The role requires 2+ years’ Costpoint experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using Deltek Costpoint project module for project setup.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with high professional standards, strong follow-up, and successful project execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks at a given time, and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and maintenance of contracts in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements in our Costpoint accounting system.
• Support multiple program tasks simultaneously while prioritizing efforts with strict timelines to ensure service levels are met.
• Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records.
• Participate in contract kick-off meetings.
• Work closely with contract administrators, project control, and program managers to solve setup challenges.
• Support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents.
