Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking a Mid-level Subcontracts Administrator to provide pre- and post-award support within an internal subcontracts team. You will solicit, administer, modify subcontracts and task orders, and help develop price-to-win strategies with project leads.

You will conduct price analysis, draft narratives for prime proposals, and serve as the primary interface with subcontractors. CPSR compliance and flow-downs to prime contracts are essential to the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with subcontracts administration or procurement in support of U.S. government subcontracts.
• Experience creating file documentation in compliance with CPSR requirements.
• Experience supporting proposals in a fast-paced environment for defense, national security, and civil federal acquisitions.
• Experience negotiating various contract types including FFP, FFP LOE, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ.
• Knowledge of FARs, GSA schedules, GWACs, and IDIQ vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide subcontract administration support, including pre- and post-award activities, within an internal subcontracts team.
• Solicit and administer subcontracts, modifications, and task/delivery orders.
• Conduct price analysis and draft subcontract price narratives for prime proposals.
• Make entries into procurement systems and serve as interface with subcontractors.
• Ensure prime contract flow downs and CPSR compliance in subcontract agreements.
